It was agreed to build the first phase of Blue City of Al Sawadi Investment and Tourism (the concessionaire) with two (Turkish Lanka) Inc. (Hector) Greek and costing around 1.9 billion dollars, in the state of Sawadi Barka.
The first phase of Blue City installations and mixed-use buildings in an area of 5.5 square kilometers including four major hotels and thousands of tourist units and residential properties, and two golf courses and world-class tourist village and the village heritage and complex commercial and amphitheaters, public halls contain a primary school and nursery and kindergarten and a mosque.
